A Two-Part Workshop Series: Yoga + Barre
Before we build intensity, we build understanding.
Discover Foundations is a two-part educational workshop series designed to help you move with greater confidence, clarity, and strength — both on the mat and at the barre.
This series focuses on alignment, form, and the mechanics behind your movement so you can practice sustainably and safely for years to come.
Whether you're newer to class or have been practicing for years, this series will refine the basics that support everything else.
You can take one or save when attending both!
Part One: Flow Fundamentals (Yoga)
In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll break down the foundations of vinyasa flow:
Breath and core connection
Plank and chaturanga alignment
Safe, strong transitions
Standing pose mechanics
Balance and control
You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how your body moves so you can step into class feeling grounded and steady — not rushed or unsure.
Sunday, March 8 | 12:15–1:45pm
Part Two: Strong Form (Barre)
In this 90-minute barre workshop, we’ll refine the mechanics behind the burn:
Neutral spine and deep core engagement
Glute activation and knee alignment
Pulse technique and isometric strength
Shoulder stability with light weights
Building strength without strain
This session focuses on sustainable strength — helping you feel powerful without overworking or compensating.

This beginner-friendly class is open to all—whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to move and breathe in a scenic setting.

A Class in Honor of Lindsay Wolf
Sunday March 15th. Yoga 10:30-11:30
Community Gathering 11:30-1PM
Our Discover Yoga community recently lost one of our own.
Lindsay was a bright, steady presence in our space — and she deeply loved animals. In her honor, we are gathering for a special community class where we can move, breathe, and be together.
This will be a donation-based yoga class with a minimum suggested donation of $10.
All proceeds will be donated to Fort Wayne Animal Care & Control in Lindsay’s name.
After class, we invite you to stay for tea and time together after class 10:30-11:30 — to share stories, sit in reflection, and simply be in community. There is no pressure to speak. Listening is participation.
If you feel called to give more than the minimum, you are welcome to donate as much as you’d like.
This isn’t about doing yoga perfectly.
It’s about showing up for each other.We hope you’ll join us as we honor Lindsay’s life with presence, compassion, and connection.

The full moon is a powerful time to pause, to tune in, and to release. As the moon reaches its fullest expression each month, we are invited to do the same - to pause, to reflect, and to let go - of old stories, accumulated tension, and limiting beliefs.
Join Adriana Platt at Discover Yoga for a nourishing evening designed to help you do just that. Starting with gentle, restorative movement, mindfully designed to start the process of unwinding, softening into guided meditation, before releasing to the main event, sound.
In a sound bath, nothing is asked of you. It is space for you to receive, and release as the intentional vibrations from singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments move through the body. Inviting ease, softness, and a gentle shift into your parasympathetic (rest & digest) nervous system. (Like a deep, extended Shavasana, supported by pillows, blankets, and all the intentional prep you did to get there (movement, breath, meditation).
We’ll close with 30 minutes of community integration, enjoying warm tea, and journaling.
No experience necessary. Come as you are, and let this be your monthly pause to reset, release, and return to Self. -
