    Move slowly, breathe deeply, and settle into the softer side of the season. This candlelit slow flow is designed with lunar energy, inviting you to ground, cool, and reconnect with yourself during a time that can feel overstimulating and rushed.

    We’ll explore gentle, intentional movement, longer holds, and breath-led transitions that help settle the nervous system and create space for clarity and calm. Think soothing sequences, deep stretches, and a cool-down that feels like an exhale for your whole body.
