Summer Solstice Rooftop Yoga

We will meet outside of Utopian CoffeeCelebrate the longest day of the year with an energizing rooftop vinyasa flow under the evening sky. The summer solstice marks a powerful moment of light, energy, and renewal—and we’re honoring it with breath, movement, and community.
We’ll move through traditional sun salutations and a joyful, all-levels vinyasa sequence designed to help you connect with the rhythm of the season and the radiance of the sun.
Stay after for a casual rooftop social until 9:00 PM (optional!)—bring a drink, a friend, and soak in the summer vibes.

Full Moon Circle
Friday June 13th | 6PM
Join us for a magical evening of connection and reflection under the full moon.
This special gathering starts with an hour of grounding yoga followed by the moon circle
In the moon circle there will be:
Chanting – Raise your vibration with mantra and sound.
Pranayama – Breathe deeply and release what no longer serves you.
Journaling – Set intentions and gain clarity through guided prompts.
The full moon is a time of illumination, release, and renewal. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and inspired.
This months full moon we will focus on returning to our sense of self.
6PM -7PM is the Moon Flow which is a separate cost to the Moon Circle (7-8:15 PM). You can register for the yoga class under the regular scheduled on Friday the 13th 6pm Flow Yoga

Time: 1:00–4:00 PM (includes a 30-minute break — bring a light snack)
Location: Discover Yoga
Led by: Lisa Selby, 500-hour RYT
Open to: Women and those who identify as women
Props provided: 2 blocks, 2 blankets, a strap, a bolster, 2 sandbags, 2 washcloths (to use and take home), and a pen.
Please bring: A yoga mat (if you have one), water, and a light snack for break.Join Lisa Selby for a supportive, all-levels yoga workshop designed to deepen your connection with your pelvic floor and the deep core muscles that support your body from the inside out.
Through a blend of hands-on anatomy education, gentle yoga, breathwork, and guided self-inquiry, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of your pelvic bowl—what it is, how it works, and why it's essential to your well-being. You’ll leave with practical tools to explore and care for your pelvic floor through daily movement, breath, and awareness.
In this workshop, you’ll:
• Learn about the core’s five diaphragms and how they work together
• Explore the anatomy of the pelvic floor and surrounding structures
• Understand the difference between hypo- and hypertonic pelvic floors
• Practice breath and movement techniques to support release and stability
• Reflect with journal prompts and receive take-home practices for continued exploration
• Enjoy a calming yoga sequence and a restful guided meditation to closeAll participants will receive a printed packet of educational visuals and journaling space, along with two washcloths for personal use at home.
This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to reconnect with their core, manage symptoms, support postpartum healing, or simply build awareness from the ground up.

Monday - Friday we offer Lunchtime classes 12:15-1PM and Fridays, we do it outdoors as long as the weather holds. If not, we just go back inside! Get some fresh air and feel good in your body on your lunch break.
